 CIET-NCERT in collaboration with Cyber Peace Foundation and National Commission for Protection of Child Right have launched e-Raksha Competition 2020 on 30th. June 2020 for students, teachers and care givers (Parents or guardians).
 

A. The Time lines-


        1. The launch date : 30th. June 2020
        2. Registration :30th.June 2020to 30th.Sept 2020
        3. Announcement of result : 11th. November 2020


B. How to participate: The participants will have to register online on the e-Raksha portal-https://www.eraksha.net/. Once the registration is done successfully, they will receive their Unique ID. The participants can submit their digital copy of their submission by using their ID on the e-Raksha portal. 

About eRaksha 2020

 The idea behind the eRaksha Competition, is to provide a platform to netizens to share tips and strategies on:

  • How to be Safe & Responsible Netizens 
  • How to address Fake News and Misinformation especially with regard to COVID-19

Where on one end technological innovations are adding value to our lives and making it easier, there has also opened up a diverse set of risks which were unfathomable a few years ago. We have been involved in various awareness campaigns over the last couple of years, and we learned that almost every second internet user has had an unpleasant experience online, creating an urgent need to build resilience.
