AIChE-VIT has planned to organize a quiz to raise awareness about the threat of nuclear weapons and the dangers of nuclear energy. Participants will have to answer questions related to the effects of nuclear radiation as well as the safety precautions required when dealing with nuclear substances and the hazard analysis.The first three to answer most of the questions correctly will be given e-certificates.

75 years ago two atom bombs shook the nation of Japan killing over 140000 people in Hiroshima alone. This Hiroshima Day, AIChE-VIT has planned to organize a quiz to raise awareness about the threat of nuclear weapons and the dangers of nuclear energy.

Participants will have to answer questions related to the effects of nuclear radiation as well as the safety precautions required when dealing with nuclear substances and the hazard analysis. A quiz will be given where the participants have to answer multiple-choice questions within the given time frame. The first three to answer most of the questions correctly will be given e-certificates.

Guidelines:

  1. Anyone is eligible to enter the competition.
  2. A total of 3 minutes will be given for 15 questions.
  3. Responses will not be entertained after the stipulated time.
  4. Participants have to submit their answers after they appear one at a time to save their progress.
  5. The quiz can only be attempted once.
  6. E-Certificates will be given to the top 3 participants who score the most points.

Rules

  • All registered teams can play this quiz.
  • There is no negative marking for this quiz.
  • All decisions in the matter of eligibility, authenticity & final judgement will be with Dare2Compete and the organizer.
